Music is a wonderful gift and it can be used in so many ways. Whether your a beginner or an advanced student, would like to do music exams or just want to play for fun, we are able to give piano, cello and violin lesson to students of all ages. Become the player you always wanted to be in an excellent environment to learn and thrive in with encouraging teachers. We've been teaching for approximately 10 years, beginning in 2012.

Evans Music School began in 2012, in the loungeroom of our home in Drouin, Victoria. We began by taking on a few students after school hours and also during the day for those that could commit. It made family living a little tight, as the room we were using was right in the middle of our home!

The studio started to grow after a family move to Warragul, Victoria, where we were able to make use of an up-storey room for our teaching.

Then Covid-19 hit, and we moved house about 25 minutes away from the Warragul area. We were left without a studio and nowhere to hold music lessons (which we couldn't in person anyway due to the virus), so we resorted to running online over platforms like zoom. It's definitely trickier to convey lesson information over the internet, so we were constantly looking for a new location so that when restrictions lifted, we could continue in person again.

About that time a suite in Drouin opened up, and we have remained there to this day. It's been a fantastic place to develop and grow the studio and see many students through there years of music.
